Our two hour consultation is a good start to your planning needs.  At this consultation, a written work-up of budget, working themes, potential vendors and an array of creative ideas is presented to you.  In addition, for those of us who need to see the potential in all the planning, we present you with a storyboard filled with vivid colours, textures and plenty of options, custom made, just for you!  You take what we’ve given you and get to work.  If you need us again, just give us a call, and we will be there for you.

This service can be a one-time meeting or an on-going service.  You tell us what you want and we accommodate you.  We also have individual services to fit your needs billed on an hourly rate.

A great day is exactly what your wedding day should be, and will be, with our Day-Of Coordinators on hand to see you through all your hard work and planning.  This service is perfect for the happy couple who undertakes all the joys of planning for their special day and now need a helping hand to assist on the “Day Of”.

With Wedding Day Co-ordination our couple can rest assured that their day will go as planned and an experienced professional is on hand - one who can and will assess, modify, and correct any and all problems if they should arise. One month before your big day we get to work.  Here’s what we do:

• Collect all vendor contracts
• Contact all vendors, determine remaining balances and outline a forecasted time for their arrival on the wedding day
• Work through a “wedding checklist” together to ensure that no details are missing
• Establish a day-of timeline and itinerary
• Attend rehearsal
• Arrive at ceremony location and ensure that all components are in order, such as décor, flowers, service programs and music 
• Travel to reception location after the ceremony to ensure that décor, flowers, centerpieces, favors, menu’s and place cards are in order and in a presentable fashion
• Organize guests and vendors
• Ensure food is prepared in good style, served in proper fashion and in a timely manner
• Keep guests entertained, family and friends at ease and the newlyweds happy!

It is with this service that the full potential of your wedding is achieved.  After months, maybe even a year or more of planning, all your hard work and efforts are put on grand display - and what a display it will be!  Because we are with you every step of the way, all the big (and even the small) details are looked after.  From our initial consultation, highlighted in our GOOD START SERVICE, we get on track to develop, design, delegate and deliver.  Our Grand Finale service offers:

• Budget preparation: Together we determine a realistic budget and we work within it
• We offer a plethora of suggestions, advice, options and variety.
• Remember, we’re here for you! . . . email and phone communication as often as needed.
• Set up and attend vendor appointments, including venue, attire, flowers, cake, décor, favors, transportation, entertainment and much more. Our rolodex is full of reliable vendors!
• Please keep in mind; we do not accept kickbacks and commission from our vendors, so you can be confident that vendors are recommended based solely on merit and quality of work.
